Description of problem:
While installing FC5T3 I selected the development package group and noticed that subversion is not enabled by default. As cvs is installed and more and more projects are switching from cvs to subversion subversion should also be installed by default.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install FC5T3 select the development package group
2. try to use subversion
