Yes, I ran through all 4 disks first and then started the install.

Please retry with FC5 and let us know if this is still a problem for you. 
Significant work has been done in this area.

I actually got it to go a second time through.  First time mistake was to do
custom .. this time I just did a standard Server install.

Now that I've got VMwre installed .. I'll give FC5 a go.
