Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHVH4.4

How reproducible:
When the registration goes through successfully from the GUI, clicking 'Unregister' raises the exception. Some other times registration will not go through successfully.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Boot system from RHVH4.4 media: RHVH-4.4-20200417.0-RHVH-x86_64-dvd1.iso
2. Setup networking from the installation GUI (Network & Host Name)
3. Select 'Connect to Red Hat'
4. Fill in the information for the system to register
5. Once the system complete it's registration, click Unregister

Actual results:

- Confirmation the system has been unregistered and the installation to return either to the main page or back to 'Connect to Red Hat'


Expected results:

Message on the screen "An unknown error has occurred"
Trying to "Report" the error fails
