Description of problem:

With kernel 5.7.0-0.rc6.1.fc33.x86_64 installed, kdumpctl failed because it can not find the kernel and initramfs files.

This is caused by the latest kernel does not install those files in /boot anymore, the path is instead:
/boot/${machine_id}/${kernel_version}/linux
/boot/${machine_id}/${kernel_version}/initrd

Thus kdumpctl need an update
