Description Tomas Korbar 2020-07-01 06:41:02 UTC
Hi,
I'm a maintainer of autogen and i would like to
rebuild it with guile-2.2. Unfortunately i do not
have enough tests to be sure that this change does
not break your future builds and thus i'm giving
you a chance to rebuild and test your package
against new version of autogen before i push it
to stable. After you have built package against
side tag f33-build-side-24903 and you are sure
that it works, please close this bug. After all
packages that depend on autogen are rebuild,
i will merge the side tag and your build will get
to stable rawhide.
You can build against side tag by executing
$ fedpkg build --target=f33-build-side-24903

Hi,

The quoted command didn't work for me as the current release was already built. So I went for a scratch build instead:

| fedpkg scratch-build --srpm --target=f33-build-side-24903

Upstream testsuite passes after installing the resulting RPMs.

That is sufficient. Thanks for your time.
