Description of problem:
Installation of VIM pre-release 7.0aa.000 fails because of conflicting files.

7.0aa.000-1

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. "rpm -Fhv vim*7.0aa.000-1*rpm" on a current Fedora rawhide system.
  
Actual results:

conflicts with file from package man-pages-it-0.3.0-16.1
        file /usr/share/man/fr/man1/rview.1.gz from install of
vim-common-7.0aa.000-1 conflicts with file from package man-pages-fr-0.9.7-13
        file /usr/share/man/fr/man1/view.1.gz from install of
vim-common-7.0aa.000-1 conflicts with file from package man-pages-fr-0.9.7-13
        file /usr/share/man/fr/man1/vim.1.gz from install of
vim-common-7.0aa.000-1 conflicts with file from package man-pages-fr-0.9.7-13

This should be fixed with 7.0aa.000-2
