Fedora currently provides : 
[ludovic@saraan]~/Documents/books/roman% rpm -qa |grep foliate
foliate-2.4.1-1.fc32.noarch



https://github.com/johnfactotum/foliate/releases/tag/2.4.2 is the latest and fixes "Fixed unable to open some EPUB files" whihc is what I'm encountering.

Hello. As you can see 2.4.2 was build for F32 for 2 weeks ago https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1537312
And even pushed already for F31. The main problem here that no one like testing updates in Bodhi and pushing updates to Stable repo faster. :(
