Description of the problem:

The Red Hat OpenStack offers 5 kinds of tenant networks using OVS-DPDK.

One common use case uses VXLAN encapsulated network.

This bug is a request to support VMs using TCP TSO over VXLAN tunnels using OVS-DPDK.
