rng-tools failed to build from source in Fedora rawhide/f33 https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=48352663 For details on the mass rebuild see: https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_33_Mass_Rebuild Please fix rng-tools at your earliest convenience and set the bug's status to ASSIGNED when you start fixing it. If the bug remains in NEW state for 8 weeks, rng-tools will be orphaned. Before branching of Fedora 34, rng-tools will be retired, if it still fails to build. seems this is a transient error: EBUG util.py:621: Error: DEBUG util.py:621: Problem: package gettext-0.20.2-1.fc33.aarch64 requires libtextstyle.so.0()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed DEBUG util.py:621: - conflicting requests DEBUG util.py:621: - nothing provides libcroco-0.6.so.3()(64bit) needed by libtextstyle-0.20.2-1.fc33.aarch64 DEBUG util.py:623: (try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages) gettext-0.20.2-1 seems to not exist in brew any longer, so I'm guessing a rebuild with the new buildroot should take care of this
yeah, checking fedora-devel-list seems to indicate that this is a result of libcroco getting retired has caused all sorts of FTBFS. I'm closing this as I expect the package will be unretired
