Description of problem:
 As summary title descrbied

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.0.0-13

How reproducible:
Just open either one of the ibus software 
ibus-handwrite.x86_64 3.0.0-13.fc32 @fedora
ibus-handwrite-ja.x86_64 3.0.0-13.fc32 @fedora
ibus-handwrite-zh_CN.x86_64 3.0.0-13.fc32 @fedora


Steps to Reproduce:
Trigger to Open the ibus-handwrite and open the gedit

Actual results:
1. The handwrite screen is keep blinking
2. the chaarcter selected cannot flow into the gedit

Expected results:
1. handwrite grey rectangle is on top of the screen
2. the area it is not blinking
3. character inputted can input into the gedit / application selected
