The 'xscreensaver-base' package owns directories which it has no right to

/usr/bin
/usr/share/X11/app-defaults
/usr/share/applications
/usr/share/man/man1
/usr/share/pixmaps

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.24-2

How reproducible:
Every time

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install xscreensaver-base
2. rpm -qf /etc/pam.d (for example)
3.

Actual results:
pam-0.99.3.0-2

Well, I think that it is of little sense to force to release
new updates only for fixing this issue. So I re-assign this bug
for FE-Extras.

I will fix this bug if man page issue (bug 205796 ) is resolved.

Comment 2 Mamoru TASAKA 2006-09-26 14:15:29 UTC
Should be fixed in 5.01-2.fc6

Comment 3 Andrew Benham 2006-09-27 10:04:50 UTC
It is, thank you.
