Need an environment variable to mount optional volumes on nova_libvirt containers.
Currently we do not have any such variable in tripleo-heat-templates.

variable name can be: NovaLibvirtOptVolumes.

This is a futurefeature that did not get approved as an exception for 16.1.3

This is on track for inclusion in OSP 16.1.3.

Updating the Target release and milestone, this is an approved exception for 16.1.3

It was not verified. All bugs that are high/urgent priority always get dropped if they have not been verified
The criteria for release is 75% of all high urgent verified, if the remaining 25% are not verified they get dropped from the advisory.
Verification deadline was Dec 11th.

According to our records, this should be resolved by openstack-tripleo-heat-templates-11.3.2-1.20200914170177.el8ost.  This build is available now.

Could you check that this is working for you as the patches are available as part of the latest RHOSP16.1.3 that got released on December 15th.
