Customer using OCP 4.5 cluster. The subscription threshold value is showing 0 for all types of SLA filters including No SLA. 

Customer account has below subscriptions which provides Red Hat Openshift.

 SER0620	- Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Standard Support (2 Cores or 4 vCPUs, NFR, Partner Only)
 SER0602	- Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes and OpenShift Container Platform, Standard (2 Cores or 4vCPUs, 
                  NFR, Partner Only)
 MCT2741	- Red Hat OpenShift Broker/Master Infrastructure (2 Cores)

Among them MCT2741 is already whitelisted as mentioned in below URL, but still it is not calculated for threshold.

The SKU's SER0620 and SER0602 need to be whitelisted.
