Customer using OCP 4.5 cluster. The subscription threshold value is showing 0 for all types of SLA filters including No SLA. Customer account has below subscriptions which provides Red Hat Openshift. SER0620 - Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform, Standard Support (2 Cores or 4 vCPUs, NFR, Partner Only) SER0602 - Red Hat Advanced Cluster Management for Kubernetes and OpenShift Container Platform, Standard (2 Cores or 4vCPUs, NFR, Partner Only) MCT2741 - Red Hat OpenShift Broker/Master Infrastructure (2 Cores) Among them MCT2741 is already whitelisted as mentioned in below URL, but still it is not calculated for threshold. https://gitlab.sat.engineering.redhat.com/candlepin-internal/rhsm-conduit-deploy/blob/master/roles/subscriptions/templates/product-whitelist.txt.j2 The SKU's SER0620 and SER0602 need to be whitelisted.
