Description of problem:

i installed the latest kernel-xen0 from fediora-updates
(kernel-xen0-2.6.16-1.2080_FC5) it starts, print out a waring :

ata1: SATA link up 1.5 Gbps (SStatus 113)
ata1 is slow to respond, please be patient

then it takes a few second and the kernel panics and reboots

if i boot up the non-xen kernel(kernel-smp-2.6.16-1.2080_FC5)
 i get :
ata1: SATA link up 1.5 Gbps (SStatus 113)
