F33: Add (modified) fix for invalid-free

Getting this error whenever I try to print:

$ journalctl -u cups --grep free --since yesterday
-- Logs begin at Thu 2020-10-22 17:59:34 MDT, end at Wed 2020-10-28 12:19:00 MDT. --
Oct 27 17:07:01 bhtpc cupsd[1143]: free(): invalid pointer

The same issue was reported to debian here: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=961345

Attaching my (minor) variation on the patch from that debian bug to get it to apply to Fedora packaging, which does solve the issue for me.

I've been having this issue for a couple fedora releases at least, so this may be worth backporting.

Hi Jeremy,

thank you for reporting the issue and porting it to Fedora!

I passed Bernhard's PR to OpenPrinting/cups as https://github.com/OpenPrinting/cups/pull/43 , where the CUPS development is more active than in apple/cups.
