Hi, people. I wanna know if it´s possible to configure bugzilla to receive bug by e-mail. I already intaled, Mysql, peral, sendmail, bugzilla in windows O.S. The only thing that don´t work is receive bug by email. Some one here know how to fix this? In redhat linux 8.0 the same thing occurs.
This sounds like a general Bugzilla administration issue. We do not maintain the upstream version of Bugzilla and also do not run on Windows so we have not advise to give. Best place is to go to http://bugzilla.org and check the documentation at http://www.bugzilla.org/docs/2.22/html/os-specific.html which may help you with configuration on Windows. If still does not work properly then file a bug against Bugzilla product at http://bugzilla.mozilla.org.
