The DDF annotation is still in place, so this needs to be reviewed again to see if it is important.

Let's close this bug if it's really no longer worth pursuing. Full support ended for OSP 16.1 on April 30, 2022.

If it's worth pursuing, let's see what we can do to demonstrate the value it portends by prioritizing it.
