Description of problem:
During install I want to be able to provide a Root or Intermediate CA that tomcat can use instead of using self-signed certs.

Upon review of our valid but aging backlog the Satellite Team has concluded that this Bugzilla does not meet the criteria for a resolution in the near term, and are planning to close in a month. Based upon initial feedback during auto-close, there is a plan being discussed to address this bugzilla.  As a result, it will remain open for the time being.
