This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
Default logrotate configuration of the httpd package does not compress log files.
The default logrotate configuration includes "delaycompress" without "compress".

        /bin/systemctl reload httpd.service > /dev/null 2>/dev/null || true
    endscript
}

Expected results:
$ cat /etc/logrotate.d/httpd

    compress
    delaycompress
    postrotate
        /bin/systemctl reload httpd.service > /dev/null 2>/dev/null || true

This appears to have been a problem is past releases  as well (see https://access.redhat.com/solutions/347583) and can be reproduced in RHEL8.
