Description of problem:

Can't install systemd-networkd package on CentOS Stream 8

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

binary: systemd-networkd-247.2-1.el8.x86_64.rpm
source: systemd-extras-247.2-1.el8.src.rpm

How reproducible:

always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. install CentOS Stream 8

2. enable EPEL 8 repo:

yum install epel-release

3. try to install systemd-networkd package:

yum install systemd-networkd

Actual results:

Installation failed with error:

Error: Transaction test error:
  file /usr/share/man/man7/systemd.net-naming-scheme.7.gz from install of systemd-networkd-247.2-1.el8.x86_64 conflicts with file from package systemd-239-43.el8.x86_64

Expected results:

Expected normal install without problems, as it installed on CentOS 8.3 right now.

Additional info:

Current CentOS Stream 8 is something like beta for CentOS 8.4 / RHEL 8.4 and in future it will be CentOS 8.4 / RHEL 8.4 release.

EPEL 8 targets Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8, not CentOS Stream 8, which is something like a beta.
