ddccontrol doesn't work in fedora 33+ due to missing systemd unit in the installation.

$ ddccontrol -p

You need to start /usr/libexec/ddccontrol/ddccontrol_service manually, or create a systemd unit and put in somewhere in the system.

The package has been broken for three months already. Why hasn't the issue been fixed yet?

Update doesn't install because Requires: in the spec file is set to dbus-common2 where it should be dbus-common
