Description of problem:
Opening on behalf of reporter: Amos Mastbaum.
 
After installing MTV downstream build, migration ui, Add provider fails with error regarding the namespace (see add_provider_error attached) 

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.0.0_beta.1-6, 2.0.0_beta.1-8

How reproducible:
reproduced already on 2 OCP-4.7/CNV-2.6.0 iib: 44902 clusters
