This seems like something we should investigate, but this does not seem like a blocker for any feature and I don't think we have time to consider this for OCS 4.7. Moving to OCS 4.8.

This is not a blocker & the uninstall script has the correct manual steps for now, Which works well. Due to other priorities moving this out to 4.14
