Happens a couple of times per hour for me. Unfortunately ABRT is borked so can't upload a crash report. Seems to be a popular bug though: https://retrace.fedoraproject.org/faf/reports/82003/

Similar problem has been detected: Occurred when switching between applications. This is occurring daily. I typically have open vscode, Slack, Joplin, Files, Brave, and Pithos. I use 'Adwaita dark', 'tela icons', 'dash-to-dock', and 'Tray Icons:Reloaded' extensions . I disabled `Pomodoro` extension after previous crashes but has made no difference. reporter: libreport-2.14.0 backtrace_rating: 4 cgroup: 0::/user.slice/user-1000.slice/user/session.slice/org.gnome.Shell cmdline: /usr/bin/gnome-shell crash_function: meta_frame_left_click_event executable: /usr/bin/gnome-shell journald_cursor: s=26bebac0373749da9a069e6cb3bf7e04;i=3a683;b=433fa633be084952b5597f20d349d4e5;m=28dcbf85c;t=5bd212a3a01d3;x=b206c1154755f195 kernel: 5.10.20-200.fc33.x86_64 package: gnome-shell-3.38.3-1.fc33 reason: gnome-shell killed by SIGABRT rootdir: / runlevel: N 5 type: CCpp uid: 1000

I've installed mutter-3.38.3-2.fc33.x86_64 and the crashes seem to be gone. However I'm still getting a hiccup where everything locks up for a second at similar points where I'd previously get a crash.
