Could you backport https://sourceforge.net/p/netatalk/patches/147/ and switch netatalk from tracker/tracker-devel to tracker3/tracker3-devel, please? The old tracker package is going away soon.

The referenced patch needs some additional work to build properly on Fedora. 
I am coordinating a resolution with the patch author.
