Description of problem:
when i edit the httpd.conf file. The httpd service starts, when i use the system-config-httpd gui 
interface to edit my apache settings the httpd service will not start, and on restart of the system, i get 
an error that says that the shared obeject file could not be found so it cant load any of the modules.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):2.2.0-5.1.2


How reproducible: vary reproducible


Steps to Reproduce:
1.open sys-config-httpd for the first time
2. edit anything and save
3.try to sart httpd services, will not start

uninstalled and reinstalled web service twice, installed fedora core 5 twice, same results!!!!!
