Description of problem:
/usr/bin/sar -v file-sz column is always 0

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Linux 2.6.9-34.EL (ES)
sysstat-5.0.5-7.rhel4

How reproducible:
/usr/bin/sar -v 1 1000
/usr/bin/sar -v -f /var/log/sa[0-9]*

Actual results:
file-sz column is always 0

Expected results:
file-sz column should vary, not always 0
