Description of problem:
G2 puts a config file in /usr/share/gallery2 in standard install mode (vs
multisite), this will break with a ro /usr.  Need to see if that can't be moved
to another location (/srv/gallery2 or /etc/gallery2, maybe?)

Added patch to move config.php to /srv/gallery2

Tested on FC5 standard and multisite installs, functions as expected.

Bumping release, re-tagging, and rebuilding.
