Description of problem:
With https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1903990 we introduce the new option request_timeout_ms for the Beast front end. We need to document this option as available in the Object Gateway configuration guide.

Description:
Set an explicit request timeout for the Beast front-end. Setting a larger request timeout can make the gateway more tolerant of slow clients (e.g., clients connected over high-latency networks).
