Description of problem: Before this release (fedora 33 and someone else noted fedora 34) we could move a gedit tool file window from one tool to another, now we can only more a window to make a new tool Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. gedit two files in one tool, and in another tool gedit one or more files 2. attempt to move the file in one to the other tool 3. Actual results: Can only move a sub-window for the file to the background to make a new tool. This feature used to work and was GREAT. Please put it back. Expected results: In Fedora 32, I could move from one gedit tool to another as needed. Additional info: This appears to have gone away in the current gedit (fedora 33 and 34) - I asked in the Fedora Forum and another person noted the same change.
This message is a reminder that Fedora 33 is nearing its end of life. Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 33 on 2021-11-30.
