Description: 
Qt is a GUI software toolkit which simplifies the task of writing and
maintaining GUI (Graphical User Interface) applications
for the X Window System.

Qt is written in C++ and is fully object-oriented.

This package contains the shared library needed to run qt
applications, as well as the README files for qt.

I can't view your submission, nor bug #191134, but I'd suggest you start with 
qt4 already Extras.

Than, does this need to go into Core for FC6 or can it stay in Extras?  You've
got qt4 for RHEL, so I'm not sure whats going on here.

Given package is in Extras, not needed in core at this time.
