A new section must be generated and added to the Release Information chapter in the STF Release Notes. This includes:

1. Review and edit doc text for flagged and drafted BZs.
2. Generate the new section using the <update-[beta, ga, z].sh> script.
3. Compile, review, and publish the Release Notes.
