Mojolicious 9 dropped IOLoop::Delay, which Mango uses quite extensively. It seems like it is no longer maintained upstream, so we may have to drop it. It probably doesn't work properly in Rawhide at all.

Thanks for the report. I applied a fix from a fork of an upstream. Though I could not test it because I have no MongoDB server.
