Seems the solution done in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1952426 was not complete.

While we are excluding tracevent plugins to be included in tools/perf package now that libtraceevent provides it, we are still shipping its debug files through kernel-debuginfo-common, we should also not ship/remove those.

The osci.brew-build.installability.functional test fails in the update and downgrade tests for every build. The error is sligthly different now, but the root cause still should be the same, kernel stil ships tracevent plugins debug files but we shouldn't anymore:

So the problem is not a conflict, but the fact that kernel-debuginfo-common still contains the traceevent plugins...
