The gating tests were imported from Fedora and need to be updated to run against the installed package. parted from RHEL 8.5 has tests that do a better job of this than the imported ones.

This has been pushed to dist-git, it doesn't need a new build since it is a tests only change. Next build or reverse gating will use the changes.

Gating tests have been updated as expected and osci.brew-build.tier0.functional passed for parted-3.4-5.el9.
