The relevant part of the diffs is: - CONFIG_NET_VENDOR_SMC=y - CONFIG_WD80x3=m - CONFIG_ULTRA=m - CONFIG_SMC9194=m Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): N/A How reproducible: N/A Steps to Reproduce: N/A Actual results: N/A Expected results: N/A Additional info: smc-ultra.c seems to have been patched by RH, so I guess this omission is accidental.
A new kernel update has been released (Version: 2.6.18-1.2200.fc5) based upon a new upstream kernel release. Please retest against this new kernel, as a large number of patches go into each upstream release, possibly including changes that may address this problem.
