Describe the issue:

With the fix of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1883587 and https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1936788, the option to select Volume mode is enabled in snapshot restore page and PVC create page. So this additional step should be added in the relevant sections.

In section 9.2. Restoring volume snapshots

Add a new optional step after step 7
"(Optional) For Rados Block Device (RBD), select Volume mode"

Please make 'Volume mode' bold.
Interchange step 6 and 7. Select Storage Class before selecting Access mode.



8.1. Configuring application pods to use OpenShift Container Storage

Under the title "1.Create a Persistent Volume Claim (PVC) for the application to use." --> "iii.Click Create Persistent Volume Claim."
Add a new step to select Volume mode. This should be added after Access mode selection step.
"iv.For Rados Block Device (RBD), if the Access mode is RWO, select the required Volume mode. Default Volume mode is Filesystem"
Please make 'Access mode' and 'Volume mode' bold.
