xorriso is a drop-in replacement for genisoimage (will be removed from RHEL 9). Upstream supports xorriso already; `Requires: xorriso` should do the trick.

I will synchronize other downstream changes from RHEL 8 together with this one (like downstream patches).

Setting rpl+ because we need it asap in order to be able to finish package removal for cdrkig/genisoimage.
