This bugzilla is to track the inclusion in the dracut.cmdline man page
of the new kernel command line to create infiniband partitions, when
it will be merged upstream [1].

The implementation is tracked in NM bug 1805708.

After evaluating this issue, there are no plans to address it further or fix it in an upcoming release.  Therefore, it is being closed.  If plans change such that this issue will be fixed in an upcoming release, then the bug can be reopened.
