Current watchdog version is "watchdog 2.1.3"[0]
Our version : 0.10.2

This version required because "spyder ide" asking for newer version of watchdog.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora 35 development cycle.
Changing version to 35.
