We need to add a section into the Doc that will explain in more details how to use Limit and Marker, for example like it’s explained here: 
https://specs.openstack.org/openstack/api-wg/guidelines/pagination_filter_sort.html

Closing this a s won't fix. Red Hat does not ship an API reference in the RHOSP documentation, so this is an upstream only bug.
