Previously, the use of EnableSTF was part of the OpenStack configuration for STF. In this release, configuration of STF is now done through the base configuration, and use of EnableSTF has been removed. Document that we no longer use EnableSTF:true option
This option enabled by default some of collectd plugins such as connectivity and procevent that now should be explicitly added as a collectd extra plugins. We should document this change.
