Describe the issue:
Need changes in "Powering down cluster" section for cephfs.
Remove "ceph mds fail FS_NAME:_N_" as after "ceph fs fail" there will be no active mdss.

Describe the task you were trying to accomplish:
Powering down the Red Hat Ceph Storage cluster

Suggestions for improvement:
Remove "ceph mds fail FS_NAME:_N_" command in step 3 in "Powering down the Red Hat Ceph Storage cluster" section
