Description of problem:
It would be nice if users can check upgrade history, summary of upgrade version/container tag, time stamp of started/ended or some information regarding upgrade so that it will be handy to provide info incase of any issues in the cluster.

16.2.0-106.el8cp.x86_64.rpm


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure 5.x cluster
2. upgrade it to 5.x+1
3. Users to have an option of checking upgrade history

Expected results:
Options to check upgrade history 

Additional info:
Similar to 
>> ceph config log

>> ceph orch upgrade history
could provide high level info on previous upgrades
