The tcpdump has wrong ETHERTYPE value (0x8001) #defined for
802.1q frame.  Correct one is  0x8100.

Yes.  A trivial fix for ethertype.h.  This is how it is in tcpdump.org tcpdump too.

Fixed in tcpdump-3.4-32.
