Tried to update using above instruction:

# dnf upgrade --enablerepo=updates-testing --advisory=FEDORA-2021-286382bea2
Last metadata expiration check: 0:02:07 ago on Mon 26 Jul 2021 12:55:53 PM CEST.
No security updates needed, but 1 update available
Dependencies resolved.
Nothing to do.
Complete!

What am I doing wrong?

I had:

includepkgs=qbittorrent,qtiocompressor

in my /etc/yum.repo.d/fedora-updates-testing.repo.

Changed it to:

includepkgs=qbittorrent,qtiocompressor,electrum

and electrum has been updated flawlessly!
