Description of problem: pidof is used in various places in Libreswan, but no dependency is declared on procps-ng (or pidof); thus at least in container environments one can install the Libreswan package and have it produce pidof-related errors, e.g. from _stackmanager. How reproducible: 100% Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install libreswan without procps-ng 2. Start Pluto 3. See errors such as /usr/libexec/ipsec/_stackmanager: line 111: pidof: command not found Actual results: Errors are logged, processes are mis-detected. Expected results: pidof is found because itβs depended upon explicitly.
