Description of problem:
If we delete the azure provisioned host from satellite UI, that does not delete the VM from Azure cloud.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Satellite 6.10 snap 12

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Azure CR.
2. Provision host on that Azure CR from Satellite.
3. Post provisioning, delete the VM from Satellite.

Actual results:
The Azure VM deleted from Satellite does not delete the VM from Azure Cloud.

Expected results:
The Azure VM must be deleted from the Azure cloud once it's deleted from Satellite.

This is a feature and not a Bug. 

With the global setting of Removing the VM on host delete set to True, I could see the VM is also deleted from Cloud.
