Describe the issue: Mon recovery procedure is not available for OCS customers.

Recently we had a customer situation where we needed to recover the MON's, and we had to spend a lot of time to come up with the steps.

Now we have a tested step documented here: https://access.redhat.com/solutions/6100031/
