Description of problem:
When the destination VM is in a different namespace than openshift-mtv and it's running, the virt-launcher pod's log is not collected.

Suggestion: to collect the pods' log under the namespace of a given VM/Plan/namespace

There is PR with full must-gather enhancement which is OK, but I'm currently working on targeted gathering addition of the launcher pods.

Virt-launcher pod logs added to both full and targeted must-gather - merged and backported to 2.2 - https://github.com/konveyor/forklift-must-gather/pull/24

Verified as fixed. It was tested using download must-gather from UI feature
